Bill McNoughton, seen in the photo, is reported to have eaten 50 hamburgers at a family gathering last Wednesday. The burgers were eaten bun and all sources say, with only some water to wash them down.

Those present say it was an impressive spectacle. "I didn't think he'd do it," says cousin Suzanne, "but he did."

When questioned about the event Bill had to say: "well, I was pretty hungry and Suzanne said I couldn't eat all the burgers but I figured I could." The humble burger champ told us that his future plans include taking a nap and then seeing what he can pick up on his HAM radio.
