Literally played this game as if i was going to work (40h/week). It's an assassin's creed game, of course things are going to be repetitive but at least each area is another great scenery. I love exploring Egypt in this world, love the animus glitches. It's beautiful, the story had some hiccups but was pretty engaging. I didn't feel much of a grind when you do love the game. Yes, be prepared for some same-old stuff to happen, it's AC... come on.

If you want to go back to 2007 and experience this for the first time, it should be the first game you play. It's cluncky and at some points the controls neither on controller or keyboard will work. Check community info for any bugs. The story was a big stepping stone for the rest of the franchise. As of that time era game it is good, however it doesn't hold up to todays standards. Play this first so you can enjoy assassin's creed from here on.
