Landed on planet only to discover everything wants to kill me. Feels like Australia. 10 stars!

Almost 1300 hours in the game. I was there since the start but the recent 2.0 changes have left this in a broken mess. Over the years The Fun Pimps keep adding, removing, and rewrite entire systems that were fine the way they were. The new biome badge system removes exploration as you now have to follow a fixed path.

Survival elements have been minimized now. The wellness system is gone and learning things by doing them is gone now. Dynamic items quality is gone. Zombies can't smell food in your inventory now so don't worry about carrying around raw meat. Some zombies have been removed, for whatever reason. Different meat types are gone so meat is meat rather than pork, chicken, and venison.

Zombie AI keeps getting rewritten, I can't tell you how many times they've rewritten the weather system. While the graphics look much better than they did before and the town have got better, but now the POIs are very linear. Loot gets reworked over and over again. There's no new end-game content so after a 20 levels, it gets boring. The dumbing down of the game has made it braindead.

The game feels so unbalanced and broken. This is not the survival sandbox it used to be.

If you're a fan of John Wick and strategic shooting, this is the game for you. It wears it's Max Payne and John Wick influences on it's sleeve but does a great job of it. Limited ammo and precise shots and moves will have you dying over and over again. The levels are thought out and while you think it would be easy, seeing everything from above that's coming to kill you, think again. Enemies have good aim and can be aggressive but a well placed shot can take care of them quick. The action is quick paced and the variety of the levels continues to be updated offering new challenges with each new release. Highly recommended.

It Returned To The Desert is a fun romp that takes you back to the Cinemaware days of classic gaming. It's done with a modern engine but has the retro look of the old game. Instead of hand made pixel art it's 3D scenes with a filter. Not as effective but it's a nice touch. You play as a new scientist arriving at the town of Glint Rock to study a meteor that's fallen and through interactions with the people of the town uncover the secrets. This is a spiritual successor to the classic It Came From the Desert by Cinemaware made in 1989. The game has all of the elements of the original being a point & click adventure game with FPS and overhead elements. Tim Rachor does a great job evoking the original game but with his own twist. It's a great adventure to visit the town of Glint Rock and discover what's going on in the town.

Still a better love story than Twilight.

This game has been released and re-released and is now in a worse state than it ever was before. It's garbage gameplay wise, controls are horrible, etc.

This is a scam game. Do not purchase it and report this to Steam.

This is just a github project called "San Andreas Unity" which can be found here:

The original project requires you to own GTA San Andreas where it will import the files and build the project for you. This person did that so this "game" includes the GTA San Andreas files, a clear copyright violation of Rockstars property.

Do not buy this, this is a 100% asset flip and a scam.

This "game" is just an asset flip of the Ultimate Multiplayer Survival Pack V5 by Dreamrise Studios on the Unreal Marketplace.

Dreamrise says they are *not* involved in this game and will be pursuing legal action. There is no also association with Synty Studios either, other than the assets are Synty ones the asset publisher licensed for their kit.
