I bought this game to play with friends, and understanding that there may or may not be future updates. My friends and I have also played Escape the Backrooms, and while both games are fun, we like this game just a little bit more.

The monsters don't instant kill you, and you can re-spawn after death, which we liked a lot. It was kind of a bummer if you died early in a level in Escape the backrooms and just had to watch the rest of the level.

The levels are longer, most seemed to take 1-2 hours to complete, and there is a bit of randomness to each level objectives meaning you can probably replay the levels again in the future and still feel a bit of a challenge.

Its a pretty good game, I played both difficulties all the way through, including the 21 extra levels. Puzzles were interesting, and didn't feel repetitive.
I'm guessing this was a mobile game ported over to PC, judging by the way they designed it. You do have to use your Windows Audio Mixer to turn the volume down, but otherwise its a fairly simple design.

If you can get this game on sale for very cheap, maybe then get it. I knew it was going to be short with only 3 episodes, but I was surprised that even the episodes felt short. The whole game took only 3 hours and that was with exploring all of the scenes. Story wasn't that interesting, especially compared to other Telltale games.

This is a very fun and extremly addicting game. I played like 500 hours in a 6 month period playing both single player and multiplayer.The different biomes can offer a bit of a new challenge if you finally get bored. Each new release of the game usually adds a few new features to make it more fun or challenging. The game has the fun aspects of building cool buildings, but also the challenge of finding supplies and surviving zombies. This is by far one of my favorite games ever.

I like the style of the game, but if you didn't like Advanced Warfare you probably won't like this one. I only play multiplayer and enjoy it, but the game was released with a number of glaring issues (lack of anti-cheat, poor lobby system) that have gotten a little bit better since then. It seems like they shipped this game out before the game was ready to be released, which is dissapointing. The game lacks a few features that have been present in previous COD games, which is a little annoying as well.
I have a very mixed opinion of this game, it can be fun, but it has its issues.
