This game is currently extremely buggy (online multiplayer issues, cant connect to games online most of the time), and will probably need more content which is currently promised from the dev. The game itself if you ignore the online ♥♥♥♥ that is happening right now (and the dev is currently fixing this according to the forums) is very deep. It is a lot like Cid Mier's Civ games, and it has managed to improve many of the "small details" that Civilization V lacks. Do not purchase just yet if you are one of these people that give up on games after trying them out once and quitting, however it definately will give you it's money's worth (as its on sale) once these issues are fixed and the developer can move onto adding more content and functions.

EvE is a very unique game. It is a sandbox, with doors open towards every path you want to take, and that can be anything really as the training, the gameplay, and the people that keep you company are just some of the things that you can decide. The market is phenominal as it is a player run economy, with inflation, prices increasing and decreasing all depending on the supply and demand of PLEX as well as the in-game items/materials. I'm not saying this game is for everyone, but that doesn't mean that everyone shouldn't try it out as there is a free 14 day trial (could be 20 if you have a friend) which allows you to try out the game even if it is simply to admire the amazing graphical design that it has. Also, the fact that you can pay for your monthly fee through in-game currency is freaking epic!!
