We have not seen any announcement about the tripod nor did we see any published progress. The last thing we know about the tripod was in the capture of "Other pic of the eye probe" so I think it is still in development but the most recent thing that Joelias published so far were the toy zombie models so I think he is working on the game and the tripod npc will be soon since it seems almost Finished..
