A masterclass in metroid-vania. Puzzle meets platformer meets pugilism.

When games are art, everybody wins.
Play this game blind and also have a brain kinda like mine, and you will become obsessed with TUNIC.

A brilliant evolution of the conventions and mechanics of role-playing games. Bored of running from quest to quest trying to progress? In Death Stranding, the quests are the journeys themselves. The deep immersion achieved just from controlling Sam makes every moment tense and interesting.
Trekking through the beautiful wilderness feels challenging and rewarding, especially when travelling to a location for the first time. Although, as you learn about each area, you become aware of the dangers it harbors, as well as how to avoid them.
The world of Death Stranding will swallow you whole and blow away the real world in a voidout, leaving only you, Sam, and the trail. The multiplayer mechanics bring the world to life and reinforce the story's themes of interpersonal relationships and connectivity.

Keep on keeping on!

Amazing story. Fun mechanics. Beautiful setting. Elements of adventure, suspense, and horror. Oh, and puzzles. What more could you ask for!

This game is so beautiful. It challenges the player without being over-the-top difficult. As a bonus, you get to learn about actual Norse mythology, which is really fasinating.

Really relatable as a high schooler myself. Just starting senior year, and the level about the college meeting perfectly captured the pressure I've had thrust onto me by my parents and college counselors alike.

Great game by the way.

I deffiinitely reccomend this game to anyone who enjoyed LEGOs and stuff like that as a kid. Great replayability. I have one suggestion: needs SteamVR support. I can't even imagine building stuff in this game in room-scale VR.
