Mixed feelings about this game compared to the rest of the series. Very good story, classic side missions shenanigans, GREAT music, the same Dragon of Dojima style you know and love. Unfortunately that's all sandwiched between some issues I have with the game. The actual story of the game is dangled in your face before being ripped away for the next 4 hours while you have to play Kiryu-Daddy simulator. Boss fights in the beginning are super drawn out because they only block and have plenty of moves to break your block. Every other review that says Blockuza is 100% correct. Visuals and controls definitely remind you this is only a remaster of a PS3 title, unlike the full remakes Kiwami 1 and Kiwami 2. Since this is just a remaster these are just personal nitpicks that only slightly damper the experience. The middle and end chapters of the story were very fun and enjoyable, definitely made up for the rest of the game's short-comings. 3/5

Basically if Saints Row 4 and Tony Hawk had a baby, this is the result. Fun freestyle mobility, a rocking soundtrack, entertaining dialogue, and an overarching punk/emo-aesthetic make this a unique and memorable game.

Not nearly as good as Borderlands 2. Humor is super dry or misses the mark entirely. I know that Borderlands isn't a super story-driven game series and relies more on the gun play and abilities, but even those were lacking to me. Overall felt like a chore to complete, even with friends.

The singleplayer itself is pretty good but i can't recommend the online portion of this game. Take-two has basically made any modification of the game impossible since they sent a cease and desist towards OpenIV, so gg no more mods. The shark cards and the updates do not help the game at all, and every update seems to be even more expensive than the last. Take-two and rockstar have made this game a total pay-to-win by this point. Only reason I have so many hours is because my friends and I used to play a ton until the updates started getting absolutely insanely pricey. Can't recommend this game to anyone, anymore. Save your cash and stay away.

A simple platforming and parkour game. After your first playthrough you'll see it has a speed running aspect to complete the map as fast as possible, so there is a challenge involved. Liked this game a lot. 3/5

Amazing gameplay a depth. Gets very challenging when you are trying to learn how to do all the crazy stuff with your car. Love this game to death.
