Tip from someone who did what you did when he was your age:

Wait for your team to leave spawn, nade yourself to reduce HP, and then go for your teammates fire. If you're at 100 it won't 100 -> 0 you, but it'll kill you with your nade damage, and you can get a lot more people banned a lot easier
