imi place mult acest profil dar vreau sa iti prezint Reteta de langosi cu smantana si cascaval este una dintre cele mai bune pe care le-am mancat pana acum. Ultima data am mancat un langos undeva la Romexpo unde vazusem o ghereta cu aceste minunatii si nu m-am putut abtine. A fost bun, insa nu la fel de buni ca acestia. Ce sunt langosii? Langosii sunt niste gogosi uriase care se servesc cu cu diferite toppinguri. Smantana, cascaval, mujdei, sunca, gem. Sunt de origine maghiara, insa s-au raspandit in toata partea de sud-est a Europei, inclusiv in Romania. Daca vreti, langosii fac parte din categoria mancarii de strada, atat de populara acum.

In copilarie nu mancam langosi, insa mancam scovergi, niste gogosi asemanatoare, insa care se faceau de post si se mancau cu zahar. Bunica mea le facea mari-mari iar in tigaie se umflau si mai tare.
