Avoiding a Dunkey reference as I think other reviews have every possibility of that covered. The game also deserves more thought.

I beat the first ending in roughly 6 hours. It was one of the most enjoyable gaming experiences I've had in years. It reminded me of playing Metroid Prime on the GameCube when I was a kid. I'm slightly less of a dumbass now so I can actually solve most of the puzzles in this one. I'm not even going to attempt the bird pixel canvas puzzle and I'm fairly sure that rabbit represents the start of the rabbit hole so I imagine I'll never get to that tauntingly obvious area. So there are still plenty of things that are far above me. Much like Fez, there's the game I loved playing and the game I loved hearing other people talk about.

I just wish I savored my time more. Just stop to take in the atmosphere some and try not to rush through just to see the next part faster. But it was so good that I beat it in two sessions. I am currently 52 out of I believe 64 eggs and this is the only game I have not used a guide to 100%. It's just that much fun finding this stuff. Figuring out alternate uses for tools, better ways of navigation, animal interactions, and other subtle mechanics is addictive and makes you feel amazing every time you pull it off.

This game is technically impressive, completely jank-free, artistically beautiful, and has a sound scape like a weighted blanket. Everything about this game is just enthralling. You never want to put it down, and when you do, all you think about is the next time you'll pick it up. This goes into my favorite games of all times and one of the few games I think are truly flawless. It's a MASTAPIECE BABYYYYYYYY

I'm giving this a recommend not because I enjoyed it, but I recommend you check it out. It might make more of an impact on you. For me, it dragged on a little too long and much of the dialogue was far less impactful to me than many other games in its genre.
