Can't think of anything to comment, so I'm just going to post a blueberry pancake recipe.

Ingredients:
1 1/ 4 all-purpose flour
1 1/4 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/2 cup frozen blueberries, thawed

1) Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda and sugar in a large bowl.
2) Mix the egg and milk in a small bowl.
3) Combine the wet ingredients into the large bowl and add the blueberries.
4) Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat.
5) Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
6) Brown both sides and serve hot
