In its current state, I can not recommend against this game enough. It is painfully grindy, with you needing 12 different crafting stations with 200 different "augmentations" (that cant all be active at once). Pair that with the fact you're waiting 5 minutes to go between the realms (because its all server based), you're in loading screens more than starfield! Wait until it has offline mode and some real optimisation!

A rare gem where the devs actually do meaningful updates and no microtransactions!

Honestly, not worth £20. The Quality of Life "improvements" are not worth it, and the "story" you make by playing is mediocre at best. While there are nice things like many layers to dig etc, the fact every sprite is still locked to a reasonable large grid makes everything jump around. If you want a similar game to play, just play rimworld.

During the pre-order beta? Absolutely not. There isnt that much to do other than rerunning the same couple missions in very same looking "zones". A lot of the UI is also broken. Definitely a game to wait for a sale on, especially FatSharks prior history of Vermintides taking years to really be playable

From the same people who made Space Hulk Deathwing, comes Necromunda Hired Gun.

Don't get unless its on heavy sale to ~£5

If you want pretty Warhammer 40k environments, this game has got you. However, falls down on literally everything else. Gunplay is meh, movement is meh, enemies are dull and your companion dog might as well be dead

Want to know what you're doing or what things mean? Haha, good joke. The "tutorial" is a recording of a youtube video, the gameplay options dont exist, audio options do diddily squat. Just dont bother with this game

For the current price of the game, I would not say this is worth it. Second and third act are more annoying than fun (one miniboss just makes you unable to see any pegs on the board, nor any enemies) and there is only a couple more relics added from the demo, with no new balls added. If you want to play it, just play the demo.

Like the position of your camera in the campaign map? Too bad, someone will attack you and throw it at a random angle. Want conquest? No, only timed "campaigns" (get these rifts, get settlements, some other garbage). Want a non chaos army? No!
