It feels like budget little big planet. Not my thing. Didn't grab me on any level and I love platformers.

What the hell can I say that you don't already know.

Play this game if you care about video games. This is one of the greatest platformers ever made. Hollow knight only tests you at the very end. Where you get that difficulty from the half way mark here. The movement is sublime and it offers far more playstyles. You can opt for comfort, break the game with tools or go for a high skill/high reward build. The story and environmental storytelling is top notch.

You know what's funny. I played through this buggy mess at launch, 25 hours and still managed to get a full refund because of a bug didn't count my playtime. But it's deserved for the immeasurable disappointment of Adam Smasher, after so much buildup, getting stuck in a wall and dying to nothing... and for the immersive experience of getting cockblocked by a lesbian in a videogame... and for the rest of the game being a pile of junk.

For an avid player and the hours you'll put in, the price is fine. Even if CA are taking advantage.. Well designed units and campaign mechanics, nice flavour throughout the campaigns.
The only issues are some unit balancing.. deathshreikers and skullcrackers suck while bull centaurs and blunderbusses are OP, which I assume will be addressed soon. and the campaign is too easy, Especially for realms of chaos, mainly due to the "easy confederations" you get from the Tower of Zharr. The only threats are Grimgor in the early game, and ghorst.. but since i'm allied with him I've conquered all of Cathay and the Dwarves by turn 100 on legendary.

As a pre-order this is fine. $18au for the ogre kingdoms though is a joke. The race is more underbaked than chaos in warhammer 1. The legendary lords suck, the mechanics suck(camps are okay), and the army options are very limiting with like 80% of the roster that's basically the same unit. These guys need a rework more than dwarves.

Hey hey people. This game is pretty great. Works both solo and with a team. Variable customisable play styles, some of the best designed hoard based defence. The DLC is just optional cosmetics and the game is constantly getting updates, with seasonal events keeping things fresh.

Just compare these guys to Fatshark who made darktide. Its night and day. You can feel the love and passion.. while the other comes from a bunch of greedy assmonkeys trying to milk their audience on an unfinished game.

I cant believe they're charging money for this when It's currently bugged and causes flickering. This bug is 10 years old from Rome 2. CA is disgusting to charge for something that remains unchanged and broken.
