The game was never bad per se. But they really pulled a No Man's Sky move with the 2.0.

Now, the game is fluid, very fun to play. Every impact with every weapon looks brutal. The sound design is better than ever.

It's grim, it's dark, it's putrid. If you want a refreshing look from Elden Ring "joyful" and "bright" landscapes, this is it.

Oh and... Pay once and your friends play for free. This is what I call a bold move and most welcome one. Thanks HexWorks, you've done the Souls genre proud.

Can't wait for LOTF2 and see what they have in store for us.
