great game and cod in general, also runs on linux under proton experimental!

If you actually want to play online, don't. the game is infested with cheaters ATM. my first 2 matches were filled with aimbotters and wallhackers

if you want to play any mode solo, it's okay

EDIT: this seems to differ for people. proceed to play the moultiplayer with caution

EDIT 2: don't queue search and destroy, that seems to be the one with the most cheaters

i went into black ops royale and forgot to turn off squad fill (because i prefer being solo) and as such i was assigned to a squad. we survived nearly the whole match and as I survived whatever weapons I had on me ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ leveled up even though not a single bullet was fired and my squad didn't kill a single player. we all died in the top 4.

i then queued up for another match with squad fill off, and there was so many players with armor upgrades running around the map and being nearly impenetrable.

let me add that this isn't a diss on black ops royale, this is a problem with warzone as a whole.

fix the in-game server browser. i shouldn't need to bring up the steam overlay to join a server.

even though in that case also, no servers show up for whatever reason.

bots are fun though.

UPDATE: If you have my issue, go to View-> Game Servers in Steam itself and select CS:GO, not the in-game overlay. This way servers will load.

Probably the best possible way to play old TF2.

there's some qualms I have such as the removal of some period accurate weapons and QOL features (that others have already addressed), however these don't impact the core experience which is excellent.
