I played Civ 3 a ton and stopped playing when 4 came out. I wasn't impressed with how 4 played, but 5 is amazing. New things such as Adopting Policies (with a new way to win), different stories for different leaders, the leaders (I assume) actually speak the language where they're from. And the graphics? Astounding. If you're a civ fan this game has everything.
