i found you issue with arma i have found a fix. goto amra3alpha.cfg then find windowed res set this as you full screen res as needed then save. open steam launch arma 3 WINDOWED. after this press ALT-ENTER for full screen. go to video options go to resolution and then change it to your needed rez note: it might hang for 30- secs to 2 min. if you need help just send a friend invite. NOTE if you see some with this same issue please pass on the knowlegde.
