This is a review from one who hasn't played Mouthwashing.

This game is really freaky, like more freaky than I'm used to from horror games like this. It's a very simple game, but that simplicity really elevates its horror. It's very hard to claim that not wanting to progress through the game is a good thing, but How Fish is Made takes that to a whole other level. Each time you go through a door or a hall, you don't actually know what you'd be experiencing next. Surprisingly, this game is also funny. I don't know if the humor works for a lot of people, as it's a mix of gross-out and a small amount of random = funny, but I think it works.

I like this game a lot! It's very gross. 7/10

I really held hope for this game, but the consistently bad updates; the egregious monetization; there's not really any way I can defend Overwatch 2 anymore when there are games that prove to be way more fun.

I have around 500 to 1000 hours in the game. I've been playing Overwatch since 2020, and it was so much fun playing.

Yes, I had fun playing during the worst content drought Overwatch has had, because the game-play was still fun. I wish I could say that it's the same case today, but with the removal of the 2nd tank (which removed so many people from their jobs) and the constant back-and-forth struggle that the devs are placing on themselves with ridiculously bad balance changes.. it's genuinely hard to be a fan of this game.

For the past five years I thought that this game was still fun despite everything.

I played Rivals for the first time, and realized what I was missing from before Overwatch 2 came out. I still played Overwatch, but I got into Rivals a lot more.

Then, after all this time, the final nail in the coffin destroying my enjoyment of this game and keeping it in good faith;

They added another shop. MORE micro-transactions.

I hope you're proud, Blizzard. What a way to ruin 2016's Game of the Year.

Original Review (364 Hours, Positive):

Overwatch was and always will be one of the games of all time.

Can I personally recommend the state of the game as it is right now? Yes.
Do I want to? Not really, but this game has been one of my most played throughout the past four years.

I have over 360 hours on the Steam version alone, and double that in-game. I have seen this game go from it's mild highs to its lowest lows, and it's just depressing how much abuse a game can go through with its developers.

So why am I recommending this game?

Despite Overwatch 2 being 5v5, despite the development team destroying the PVE mode, despite all of the horrible balancing every single season, the game is still fun, especially in its current state (despite Mauga's existence).

Overwatch's lore is so rich and fulfilling that I genuinely wish to see things from the lore that sadly can't translate into a PvP game. Every character's interaction, every character's backstory, everything about the world of Overwatch itself is rich and vibrant. The creative team behind Overwatch has done and are continuing to do a great job.

The competitive system has genuinely improved so much throughout the game's lifespan, and it feels genuinely great to rank up and not that bad ranking down. Every single new hero (besides Mauga) feel fun and refreshing, and it feels like the Overwatch team isn't running out of hero ideas anytime soon.

The only gripe I have with Overwatch in its current state is how the developers treat their game, knowing they can get away with it. Blizzard's always going to get money, Overwatch is just one of it's many cash cows. They practically can do whatever they want and get away with it. PVE taking too long? Delete!

TLDR: Overwatch 2's gameplay and story is fun, don't buy any of their micro-transactions.

After playing for 7 hours with the experience of the original, this game is great. It has a really fun and intriguing story mode and great local support, but there's a lack of a player-base online. The online is great but with a lack of people it's pretty much unplayable. If you don't have friends and you're tired of fighting CPUs, then this game isn't the one for you.

That being said, there are multiple online resources for people to play together. There are many discord servers and even tournaments that allow this, and I highly recommend them if you're itching to play. It's a really fun game, and I highly encourage you to learn it and it's mechanics. You won't regret it!

Original Review (0.6 hours):
After playing the original lethal league, I didn't want to buy blaze. Not because I didn't like the original, but because I simply didn't have enough money to do so. However, I finally got a job (and got the game on a sale) and i can confidently say that this is one of my favorite games already (even after i've played for under an hour). It's so good!

It's good and all but I'm pissed that the "continue" button is UNDER the new game button, and I accidentally restarted my game when I wasn't paying attention. 73 golden spatulas, gone because i accidentally clicked the new game button.
