An...Interesting game.

I think you need to go all-in on this game, I tried to go in as a casual and had a mixed experience.

I started as a magic caster, it was quite fun, I enjoyed the game mechanics and all, and I liked exploring a bit, doing some random quests, it was good! Then I struggled to find an inn in the capital, and then I realised my level 4 pawn was still level 4 and I was like 17, and I was trying to kill an enemy and it went from "yeah this is doable" to "yeah this bandit is literally invincible and one-shotting me even though he's right next to where this quest took me" - so I went to get a new pawn buddy...level 172??? uh...okay...aaaand now she's one-shotting everything? So, what, should I select one my level on purpose? Why even offer pawns way higher level than me?! Just a generally weird experience for new players, I had fun, and I'd recommend it for a magic / fighting adventure game, but it's just a bit odd when you aren't Googling anything for help.

I wandered off, found a cave, died 8 times to a boss, eventually killed it.

I got more thrill off that experience than most other games' finales ever gave me, 10/10

Especially good for VR, but this game is just terrific.
