Extremely fun, addictive and cute. I adore this game and recommend it to anyone that loves city builder/sim type games and cats.

Fun game mechanics, cool idea, but the game literally opens with you picking 2 of 3 cats and the 3rd one gets killed. The game then centers around having your cats kill other cats. Not my cup of tea at all and probably not for you if you love cats.

I don't know what happened - I installed this game, then suddenly 4 hours of my life had passed by. I think this might qualify as a narcotic.

Just an incredibly fun game. Expands well on the original, lots to do, lots of ways to bring up the challenge as you get more comfortable with mechanics. Some of the weapons are still jankier than Hades 1 in my opinion, but that hasn't stopped me from having an amazing time.

Update 2:
I feel like the performance keeps getting worse. The crashes are getting really annoying now that I'm trying to do Ultimate Vault Hunter missions, because I have to start them over entirely every time I crash. This is infuriatingly annoying and I'm about to just stop playing until performance fixes are released.

I think I've spent more time trying to enjoy this game than actually enjoying it.

Update:
Days later, the game still runs like complete crap. It crashes at least once every couple hours. The game is very fun, but it feels like riding a rollercoaster knowing you're going to be forced to get off before every other big drop and start over again. I'm still enjoying it, but if I had known it would be like this, I'd have waited until the game was more stable to buy it.

I definitely will not buy another Gearbox game until after it's out and I've seen performance reviews first.

The gameplay is pretty fun but god it plays poorly. I am getting 40-50 FPS with REGULAR dips to under 20 on a top-of-the-line, nearly $10,000 gaming PC that blows the recommended specs for this game out of the water... and I'm struggling to get a decent experience after turning all of the settings down to medium/high.

I should not have to stop and wait for things to load every couple minutes, or die in combat because the game decided to play a powerpoint slideshow of the frames. I would have refunded already but I spent more than 2 hours trying to tweak the performance settings.

It's also crashed on me twice while sitting in the menu.

Did Gearbox even bother to test this game on more than their own developers' work computers before releasing it?
