✨ Virtual Cottage is a great minimalist body doubling game! I do not find myself using the in-game sounds regularly but the customizability of the sounds is nice. The in-game TODO list is a nice touch.

🎮 With that said, the game could use some polishing. A few examples: adding to the TODO list could be smoother and the default amount of time for a session should not be 1 minute. I use the in-game TODO list infrequently but needing to modify the time for each session I start is tedious.

Recommended with caveats!

I had a lot of fun for this game and I still think of it fondly from time-to-time! With that said, the gameplay has some quirks that make My Dream Setup annoying sometimes. Once the quirks are known, they are easy enough to keep in mind while playing.

Ultimately, I enjoyed the game enough to be content working around the quirks long enough to add it to my list of Perfect Games while building some rooms that I am already nostalgic for!

🌟 I adore Spirit City: Lofi Sessions and would recommend it highly to anyone interested in this genre of game. My entry point was Virtual Cottage, and SCLS feels like a much more full-featured experience—without ever being overly distracting.

🧰 I’m a big fan of body doubling, and SCLS has become a great addition to my toolbox.

😻 The game is gorgeous! I especially enjoy the character creator, outfits, pets, and furniture options. The in-game economy is also very reasonable—I always had enough credits to get what I wanted, so I never felt pressured to grind just for cosmetic upgrades.

🏆 I have all but two achievements and I’m very excited that it’s likely I’ll add this to my list of Perfect Games soon!

The game so nice I played it twice! As soon as I finished it, I immediately replayed it.

It’s an incredibly sweet and delightful game with very relaxing vibes and a very sweet story! The artwork is very cute. “Cat & Onion” is a bit short but that is precisely what I love about it! I can finish it in about 45 minutes, meaning you can genuinely save the world in a low-stakes-chill-vibes kind of way on a Friday night after work. Amazing.

I really enjoyed shapez -- until I didn't! Once I needed the windmill shapes, it became too tedious to be fun. I got more than 10 hours of gametime out of it. That's a decent amount for me and I'm really happy with that. I uninstalled it immediately upon learning that windmills don't appear naturally: I just lost the will to play.

It was EXTREMELY fun while I was hooked. The music goes quite well and the experience of building out the factory was extremely satisfying. The map is MASSIVE and it's a lot of fun to build such a large and complex machine. For the first 14 levels, the difficulty and upgrades ramp up sensibly. BONUS: the game is open source and playable on the Web if you want to test it out before picking it up on Steam.

Everyone is looking for something different from a game. No matter what you are looking for, I don't think I can recommend "Terminal Hacker". I finished it out of stubbornness. I did not enjoy it. 🤷

The word lists are extremely short so it becomes a game of memory before very long. The coolest thing about the game is the title, IMO.

Say something nice: if you want to turn your brain off, you could get a Perfect Game out of this one. Will it be worth how you feel afterwards? I can't say.

This is a perfectly fine way to pass the time. Viridi has appeal both for plant lovers and for those without a green thumb. Watching these digital plants grow is beautiful! Be careful not to overwater the succulents! If you don't want to have to worry about the fact that different plants have different care needs: this won't be the game for you.
