The weeks preceeding patch 1.3 have been a total disaster of ghost patching elements of the game without alerting the playerbase. 1.3 has only inflamed these problems as well. We had a group of around 10 people that always played together and around 60% of the time we would always server wipe and collect both bounties. There was a feel, a system that we would use and when you were bested it was felt as though you were outskilled (as any good game should feel). Now, you are constantly getting randomly headshot or shotgun rushed by players with zero skill weapons. How can a game go from such a highly skilled shooter to a crappy camp-fest over the course of a couple days. Really makes me and many others sad that they had a game they were good at completely change over night into a no skill slot machine like COD. Shame on the devs for the lack of open-ness with the community that has so carefully held their community together. Can only predict that the playerbase will dwindle soon.
