This game is great. It was a bit rough at the start but they have pushed out two patches based on community feedback which is a very good indication that the devs really care about the game and the community. But I do want to just say this, the game is an Action RPG first and foremost with some good roguelite elements. There is a big different between rogueLITE and rogueLIKE. This is a LITE, not LIKE.

Some people will have issues and some don't, that's the reality. I got into the game right away, did a couple of missions, mostly solo but got into two online sessions and dude, this game rocks. Never played the first game but this is great.

- There is a "battlepass" but you can unlock stuff in it by playing and earning medals. Also, the battlepasses never expire. So no FOMO.

- There is an in-game store. But you can earn that currency by exploring and finding it in your missions. The prices for purchasing it with real money is actually pretty low, 20$ for the biggest "pack" of Super Credits.

- The anti-cheat is just something I don't have enough knowledge around. But there are a lot of games out there that uses suspicious anti-cheats, looking at you Valorant. Do your research is all I can say.

But I do recommend this game. It's fun as hell.

1.3 hours of trying to get into a server. Watched some streamers and what the ♥♥♥♥ is this ♥♥♥♥? A bugged, low effort extraction shooter. Where is the "MMO" and "Open-World"? Even the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ community managers in the discord server said that it wasn't an extraction shooter. They are also deleting old videos from YouTube where they showcased the open-world and mmo segments. Don't buy this. False advertising up the ass. Refunded and moving on. ♥♥♥♥ this game.

I support the change. It makes a lot more sense since DE basically ditched them due to restructuring. Will definitely play and try it out on May 31.
