Really comfy all the time. It's just good fun.

The game is a spinoff for the series, but I really enjoy it. I've played on the second hardest difficulty and it felt really good for being a veteran of playing XCOM 1 and 2. The premade characters are okay, but have great abilities that make you able to pull off insane plays. Cherub in particular has a kinetic shield ability that absorbs any attack and charge up energy. Once Cherub is charged, he can either discharge it by meleeing an enemy with bonus damage or overcharging his teammates for a longer duration by giving them extra damage.

Oh, and can't forget the snek waifus. Whichever developer decided to put a viper as a teammate, you are a godsend.

The game is pretty early access, so keep that in mind before you buy this. There are many frequent crashes that I've experienced that have hampered my playing. With the latest patch however, it's quite stable and will only get better. The core gameplay is just an upgraded version of warband which is great for a nostalgic like me. There's new features like the clan system where you can only have a limited amount of companions until you reach the next tier. It honestly is a slog to grind enough renown for each tier so you will be stuck in the early game for at least 6-10 hours. Lastly, the sieges for the campaign could use some work; they feel like absolute trash to play through with how unoptimized it can get with the 500+ people on the battlefield.

Amazingly good. The absolute BEST shooting simulator you can get for VR with its variety of guns. Guns are satisfying to fire and reload.

Rimworld is one of the best games I've ever played. You can call it Dwarf Fortress Lite, but it's more than that. The storytellers will test your resolve and your colonists will to survive. I'd rate this a 10 out of 10, not just because you can replace someone's legs with wooden stumps or face against ROBOTS that will kick your ♥♥♥♥ in. I love Rimworld, Tynan has truly made a masterpiece. With the recent update A16, you can even explore the world and setup trading caravans.
