This game won't scare you with jump scares or cheesy horror music. It scares you in a primal way. The kind of true fear of looking out into the trees, thinking you see a figure, maybe a few figures. You can't tell, but you keep watcing backing away slowly. Then you begin running, not looking behind you. And then you stop and see them surrounding you, watching you. It's a terrifying primal fear, not horror, that makes this game scary.
