Great DLC! I wasn't much into Norselands, but Call of Olympus is fantastic!
CoO is harder than the base game, easier than Norselands. It takes a bit longer to finish than the base game (maybe 1.5x longer), but adds so many new (or rather upgraded) mechanics.

I've played and finished it on the Steam Deck without any issues (sure, there are small bugs and graphical glitches here and there but nothing truly game breaking) or performance drops.

And the absolutely awesome music is just a cherry on top a wonderful DLC!

Probably the best looking Kingdom game of them all but also the least replayable.

What they've put into the visuals is amazing! Such detailed environments are simply breathtaking. All the 80s hommage is great, hidden "quests" as well.
But it all comes to the expense of replayability. This time there is a story, but that means you cannot travel between "islands", or rather biomes. The story is also a bit short for my taste and I could finish it pretty quickly.

Yes, I like the game, it reminds me of my childhood and is still a Kingdom game. However I am a bit disappointed... It's more about the art and aesthetic than gameplay.

Do I recommend it? Absolutely.
Is there a better Kingdom game? Two Crowns. Definitely.

One of the best games to relax!
I don't know how many times I've just played to get rid of stress - the easy mechanics and gameplay, no timer, wonderful calm music and sounds, beautiful graphics... And all of this in a non repetitive way!
It's a wonderful "landscape building puzzler".
Would definitely recommend in my desert island top 10 games list.

An easy and hard game at the same time. You can play by your own pace, basically cannot lose, but at the same time can optimize and make it as hard as you want.
Great visuals and sound, a few DLCs that make the replay value even better! (Norse Lands makes it even more challenging!)
A must for gamers who wanna just relax and play something thats quick getting into!
