Far Cry 3 itself was a good time from start to finish. I enjoyed the map and thought the story was interesting, while not the most coherent or gripping I've ever played. The gameplay is also fun with the variety of weapons and vehicles that you can play around with while slaughtering pirates on the islands. However, I can't help but ignore the mountain of trash games this has influenced, including the successors of this very game, which got worse and worse the more they tunnel-visioned and tried to replicate this game's formula. I can't help but imagine how many better games there would be if Ubisoft had not created this game, but that is just a personal fantasy. Just speaking on this specific game though, I enjoyed it. While it's not my favorite story driven fps game, I would still recommend giving this a playthrough, especially if you can get it on sale. Also, I have to add the obligatory complaint about how Ubisoft makes you download their malware launcher to play all of their games so I have to take a point off of the score just for that. 6/10

The epitome of my life 10/10

This game is among the few soulslike games not made by Fromsoft that is actually good. The combat is the quintessential attack, dodge roll, attack that we all know and love, however with a few twists like having a swappable shell. This gives a cool new feeling making it different enough from its inspirations without taking away from that basic formula. The parry is also weird compared to what other games have, where you release when you are about to take damage instead of pressing. This takes a while to get used to but is still fun to try and master. The bosses are all really fun and have unique gameplay sections to each fight. The scenery and different areas in the game are also interesting and feel like a corrupted version of Spongebob locations. While being generally easier than the other soulsike games that I have played, I still had a great time playing and would definitely recommend for someone who likes those kinds of games and wants a fresh new take on the classic formula. 8/10

This game was honestly a great time especially since I played with a friend. The progression and things that you can do are all pretty fun and rewarding and it doesn't feel tedious to do. The quests and main story are also pretty enjoyable. This a game I can see playing multiple times and not ever losing enjoyment. Definitely play with friends for the best experience. 7/10

This game was pretty enjoyable for the time I played it. It's gameplay loop consists of harvesting various herbs to then use in potions that you can sell. The gameplay is simple and that's ok for this sort of game, where you are playing it to chill out. My only gripe is that the last couple of salts and stones that you craft are intentionally annoying to make to pad out time. I spent the same amount of time doing the last couple that I spent on the whole game up to that point. Definitely recommend, especially if it's on sale. 7/10

What a nothing burger of a game. The story and gameplay shows so much promise, however the way the developers padded the game is inexcusable. This game should be 15 hours max, maybe 20 for the 100%. The amount of districts and activities that are mandatory to complete the story is just way too much. It's just unfortunate, because I liked the characters and the story was very enjoyable. 4/10

This game is a mixed bag. The new environments are cool and the new architect lore is interesting. However, the story is mediocre at best and the gameplay is inferior in almost any way to the original. The level design is the complete opposite of the first game where the environments are cramped and mostly caves. The original felt more like an ocean where there where large open biomes to explore. If you are expecting an improvement on the original, I wouldn't recommend this game. If you are just looking to play some more Subnautica style underwater survival, then this is an acceptable purchase on sale. Honestly, just go play the original, it's better. 5/10

This is what a superhero game should be. Amazing story, characters, and gameplay. Swinging around feels so fun I only fast traveled to get an achievement. Makes you feel like Spider-man *wink wink* (but actually). 9/10

This is my first foray into the Ratchet and Clank series and it was a great start. The gameplay and visuals are terrific. It reminded me of one of my childhood favorite series Skylanders, and was fun and challenging without feeling like strictly a game made for children. The story is pretty good and it made me invested in these characters' journey throughout the game. The levels and worlds that you travel to are just the right size to spend time to explore the open world but not so huge that it is annoying to traverse. The music is great as well and fits the style and themes of the game. Very enjoyable experience and I will look forward to more entries coming to pc. 8/10
