Is the game fun? Sure. Yes. The game is fun. But you should not buy this game.

Let me be frank, this game is the most poorly handled triple A title that I have ever played. The game released back in 2015 and some bugs that were present in the game then still affect the game to this day. Every single update launches with a myriad of new AND returning bugs, proving that each content addition is not tested nearly enough before it's sent out to the public to be purchased.

Is the game being buggy really the end of the world? Well let me tell you that while Ubisoft
does not like fixing bugs, they sure do like monetization. The game features a season pass, a battle pass, AND a premium currency that allows you to buy weapon/character skins. But that's not the end of it. They also have a section of digital store where you spend actual money instead of being able to use premium currency to buy more exclusive skin? I put a question mark because it is impossible to tell what factors contribute to a certain thing being obtainable a certain way. The game has a free currency that cannot be bought and is given generously through challenges and just playing the game. The free currency can be used to buy characters, but buying newly released characters takes an obscene amount of it.

Because of this, Ubisoft likely makes a pretty penny every time they release a new operator into the game. So operators are released all the time, ignoring bugs and balance issues that they bring, just to make some money. The other problem this causes is a massive learning curve to new players. The mechanics of the game are difficult enough as it is. But learning every operator and ability with new operators constantly flooding the game is nigh impossible without dedicating a ton of time.

To conclude, I want to share a quick story. A bug that has existed in the game since its release is that sometimes your drone can be looking directly at an objective but you will fail to "discover" the objective, no matter how you re-angle your camera. Update after update this issue persisted, so I visited the Rainbow Six Siege subreddit and Discord to ask if perhaps it was just on my end. Not only did other players acknowledge that the bug existed, but they failed to understand why it needed to be fixed in the first place. They told me that once you as a player have seen the objective, then you should know the maps well enough to know where it is without it becoming marked. They did not consider how detrimental this was to new players who have a massive amount of maps and locations to learn with little to help them besides just playing online or by themselves in custom games. (Speaking of custom games, the game has really cool events but custom games are very bare bones and if more options were given to create wackier custom games, a whole new community could flourish there just like Halo or Overwatch.)

So I ask you, if you are a new player and neither Ubisoft nor the community care about you at all, why should you play?

Ok obviously the game needs work. But if you're a fan of Containment Breach or SCP in general, you have to try this. In my first game I was already having a blast. People online are funny, mechanics are solid. Game is buggy as hell but it's free to play and in early beta.

Triss is a lot hotter than most of the girls I've dated in real life. I think choosing Yenefer is wrong and I'm going to detail why~
Soooo redheads deserve more love than they get imo and Yenefer's voice is kinda creepy like she doesn't even seem real. Also she's into unicorns (Yenefer not Triss). Now you might be thinking, Geralt like unicorns too. But Geralt isn't a girl. Girls who like unicorns to the point where they would have sex on one are usually totally nuts. Guys who like unicorns aren't always bad though, which if you think about it that's a double standard and society needs to be changed and I don't really remember what I was talking about but I think that Triss has really cute hair and you should probably buy this game.

It's like Left 4 Dead but with rats.
And it's also a terrible game.
Seriously just buy the sequel.

I used to like this game. There's nothing wrong with it. I would give it a try and get some friends to play with you. There's a lot to do and fun times to be had. It's not the best game ever made but I learned that you've gotta expect less from games to fully enjoy them. This is a good game that I will probably never play again. But you should play it.

This game broke boundaries when it comes the RPG genre. It reminded me of Chrono Trigger, not in gameplay but in storytelling and willingness to take risks. It is a fantastic experience but I had it all spoiled for me on YouTube. I don't really know why I bought this game...

Before I bought Terraria: It's like Minecraft but worse!
After I bought Terraria: It's like Minecraft but better!
Seriously thought if you liked Minecraft, this game is basically the same core concept with a few changes. The biggest downside is that the game loses a lot of its potential creativity with the removal of 3-D building. That being said, the game compensates for this with lots of fun and unique building options and a lot of cool rpg elements / boss fights that put Minecraft to shame.
Worth a buy especially if you can play with friends.

Just go play a video game.
Or better yet, go play a real card game, with real people, in a real place.
But if you can't do either of those things, this game is pretty okay.

I feel like this game isn't bad but I can't get into it. It's really dated. If you're looking for a game to scratch that Star Wars itch, you could probably do better. But if you just love this game then good on you.

It's just classic Doom but in the Star Wars universe. The only bad thing I could say about it is that I was constantly getting lost because the level design is confusing as hell.
