Once I was very lost in the depths of the internet and somehow I ended up at the German State Police webisite. Out of curiosity I checked their criminal statistics, 1145 car thefts, 779 robberies, 213 murders, but what shocked me the most was other thing. 1576 entries on the missing list. I was so horrified, how come such small country have so many missing people, but to my relief 1575 of these entries were just your missed meat hooks.
