Let me preface my review with a bit of background; I sail out here in Hawaii year round with a 37ft Yamaha sloop. I used this simulator to help hone my skills and better my trimming for certain situations and weather conditions. For this help, I think this program is great for beginners and people who want to go out and experiment without risking their own vessel. That being said, the upgrade system and DLC purchasing system is completely unnecessary and really only serves to extract any additional money from you that it can. I think it greatly devalues the intellectual property and development that the creators put into the product and should simply be apart of simulator as is. For this, I recommend this game, but do not spend any additional money in it. Learn what you can and get out.
