Do I recommend this game, yes, but with an important caveat. Only buy this game if you have friends you you can play against, searching for public games will not bring any joy, sadly. Pity too, great game.

Great game, played it years ago on Xbox 360, it was amazing getting to revisit in 21:9 ultra wide :D.

Price is a bit high, if I had to complain about anything, but Rockstar is going to Rockstar.

This is hands down one of the best games I have played in a long time. This is what happens when a studio puts their craft and their love of the game ahead of profit.

Terrible game with toxic community and even worse mechanics. Avoid this game and EA at all costs. They need to shut down.

I know that this game has been divisive for many, but I have been thoroughly enjoying it. I understand that some old Dragon Age fans may be disappointed, but as someone who has played all DA games, I am really enjoying this one because it is different to the others. Truth be told, I found DA Inquisition borderline, so this is a step in the right direction for me.

There is a good game here, buried beneath the poor design choices (single save slot, no ability to restart the game), the deceptive use of MTX, as well as unacceptable performance.

I wanted this game to work well but after trying it for about an hour I decided that Capcom did not deserve my money for this effort, at least not now.

UPDATE: I have changed this to positive as the game is actually playable now. They have put a fair amount of work in since launch and is running pretty well. For context here are my specs:

RTX 4080
i7 13700K
32GB DDR4 RAM
34 inch ultra-wide 1440p monitor

Added micro transactions after launch. Unacceptably scummy behaviour. I couldn’t care less if you “don’t have to buy them”. This is the kind of behaviour that will make me avoid a company.

The fact that you need to balance between being "in sync" and not "overheating" is a terrible mechanic. You can tell this was made by one person, there was no one in the room to tell them that was a bad idea.

I purchased this just to see if it is as bad as everyone said it was, and good lord it is. The performance is absolute garbage with no noticeable difference in graphical fidelity.

All of that and the game ran like a slide show, what a joke.

Stick with the original and give the nauseating cash grab a skip.

Terrible port, lazy Resident Evil rip off at best.
