there is nothing like this game.

piece of advice: explore everywhere, talk to everyone, enjoy the world, talk to all your crewmates after every mission, decide whether you wanna do paragon or renegade and then try to get enough points for that, your actions and characters in the first game WILL follow you till the last game, especially since every action translates to a different amount war assets in the third game, and the war assets kinda determine the ending you could / could not be getting. explore romance options in every game. upgrade your and your squadmates' weapons and armor properly.

and most importantly, remember:
this game is mostly not about WHAT you get done in the end, but about HOW you get it done. so do it in style.

This game has the elements of "fun, peaceful, chill, great soundtrack, positively addictive, artistic, and beautiful" all together at the finest. It's the whole package. DO NOT MISS IT!

i'm gonna be honest. the only good thing was the free trading cards.

i have not played Hard Reset before, but this piece of beautiful, yet sad, dystopian work of art, is just simply, amazing. the most important positive point is being fun. the combat is challenging and rewarding, and as time goes by, it just gets more fun! the atmosphere is perfect, depicting a dark cyberpunk world, mixed with the aesthetics of a steampunk world. same old rainy nights and great sound effects and voice acting. also weapons and upgrades are fantastically exciting.

i can tell you this: stellaris is as aesthetic as a strategic game can get. the soundtrack is amazing. it's addictive af and fun af too. i have played the pirated version of it before, but finding newer patches for newer mods is nerve-racking, so purchasing it was the best thing i've done.
small note, stellaris has many sci-fi references, so look out for those too.
