System Shock 2 is a classic of the immersive sim genre and a masterpiece. The remaster doesn't break anything, but does stream-line getting going with this gem.

FTL is a great game with rogue-like elements. It hardly needs my endorsement.

Prettier and incrementally more refined than the first game, Receiver 2 is a welcome return to the Dreaming.
Looking forward to the higher levels and whatever may come.

I would not recommend this game. I only got as far as the Police Station; but, to that point, the game is linear and does a poor job of building atmosphere. The game has well-realized visuals which only brings into stark contrast how little is interactive.

I received this game as part of a Humble Monthly bundle.

First off, I have to cautiously recommend this game. There is a needless online-only requirement. Eventually, if the game is not patched to remove this, it will kill the game. All of your unlocked equipment is tied to your online-save; so *technically* the game isn't online-only, it's just only worth playing if you're online.

I also consider the episodic release and the elusive contracts to be an enduring black mark on the game.

Now, the good: This game is a return to form and possibly the best Hitman has ever been. The levels are bigger and more densely packed with detail than ever. The new Opportunity system helps players find the stories and scripted kills. The Objectives keep track of and inspire different assasination methods as well as being the mechanism to unlock new equipment, drop and spawn locations.

I wish IO Interactive and Square had given away the Prologue as a demo to show people the quality of the product. After Absolution, there was little faith that they could pull off a Hitman game anymore. The prologue is an excellent vertical slice and representative of the overall experience. I didn't buy the game until the Autumn 2016 sale, so I can never play any of the Elusive Contracts.

A great, fun rogue-lite. I keep playing it and finally recently managed to beat it -- but not within the initial 100 day limit.

So, I'm going back. I'll try to beat it within 100 days. I'll try to get through without dying once. I'll try to get super rich.

This is a very good game.

Unplayable on my system at any resolution or graphics setting. Tutorial stutters periodically. Once the full game starts, the stuttering turns into freezing and happens continually. Graphics options are vague < Low, Medium, High, Epic > even for numeric settings like anti-aliasing level.

Grabbed this on Steam sale for 50% off. Still massively disappointed.

The Arkham games (up to this point) have been pretty fabulous third-person brawlers with stealth sections and exploration. Adding a poorly-controlled car as the center of the experience is a real let-down. Riddler races? Give me a break, Eddie and Rocksteady.
