Great game to blow 20-30 minutes at a time and not have any worries or things you need to remember between each playthrough. Fantastic if you like bullet swarm type games that are casual to play.

Super fun, quite in depth for the type of game it is, and keeps me coming back for a quickie over and over again, just like the ugly girl down the street you get drunk and visit.

This game is a TON of fun! Its a little bit hard to figure out the goal at first, but then you get into it and its quite an enjoyable game. Enough so that I bought Dead Age 2!

Pro tip - dont delete your game, even if you want to start over. You will lose any medals you've acquired. The game is intended for you to fail and try again on the same save slot. When you die, you get to spend your medals to upgrade your guy.

Pillars of Eternity 1 was a masterpiece. I loved it. I anticipated loving this game right off the bat, and I found myself struggling to get into it. The first couple of missions were incredibly hard with the class I chose (Rogue) and I couldnt seem to continue. In addition, the load times for screens were INSANELY long. I ended up quitting for about 2 months.

I then reinstalled it on my SSD, which fixed the loading times problem, and I rolled a fighter class, and I realized you can hire mercs when you dont have a full party!

Seriously, hire the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mercs. It makes the first little bit go soooooo much easier.

Long story short, I'm high, this game is awesome but has a bit of a learning curve. 7.5/10.

This game is absolute immersion killing garbage. If you lose line of sight with ANYTHING, corpses, animals, vehicles, guns, ANYTHING, it will despawn and dissapear. Several years after release, this is still a "Feature" and "How the game works".

Its absolutely immersion killing and ruins the experience for me. I couldnt continue playing with this, it makes the game unrewarding and feels like a test platform rather than a polished AAA game.

The game has a good story, and a challenging but well put together combat mode. Its a little basic compared to games like XCOM, but still well worth the money.

I bought it on the Steam Summer Sale for a large discount, but now that I've played it I would be more than willing to pay full price.

All in all, 8/10.

Best game on the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ planet. Heavily reccommend lots of mods, makes it amazing.

Fantastic tactical turn based RPG. If you like turn based RPGs, this is a gem to play.

If you are a fan of fantasy and 4x games, this game is a great one to pick up. Its turn based, but you can speed it up to where it doesnt feel tedious to play the battles.

I played the hell out of this, got the expansion, played the hell out of that, then modded it and played it some more. Fantastic game with a lot of depth.
