I feel like I don’t connect with anyone anymore

actually all of my systems are nervous

i wish it were easier to ask people, “can i just have a little extra love today” when I feel strange

I understand that there are times when the sadness seems like it will never end. the days drag on and it’s hard not to feel hopeless. but I also get that there’s so much more to life than right now. some of the best days of your life could be ahead of you. there’s a whole future waiting for you and it’s brighter than you can predict. sometimes you just need to trust yourself. you will be surprised that all you need all this while is just a little trust and believing in yourself. I what to tell myself some things:

Keep your actions and intentions pure. Be honestly transparent in all that you do. Create more light where it’s needed most.‬

Just because you’re used to something, doesn’t mean it’s okay. Whatever you’re worried about: You’re going to do a great job. Everything is going to work out.
