Best bacon recipe:

1) Lay parchment paper on baking sheet.

2) Cover with strips of bacon, spaced equally, with at least one strip wide gaps between them.

3) Put in oven (DO NOT PREHEAT)

4) The oven should be cold, with the bacon in it. Turn the oven on bake at 400 degrees. Heating the bacon slowly keeps it from curling up, so it cooks much more even, and doesn't get those chewy bits.

5) Wait 15-20 minutes, or until bacon has achieved desired crisposity.
