After ordering a Krabby Patty Deluxe, he sits at his table. Later, at 8:01 AM, frycook SpongeBob SquarePants sits next to Legh to enjoy his 5 minute lunch-break. Legh, noticing his odd jelly-filled burger, asks to try it. SpongeBob obliges. Legh eats the burger and proclaims "Amazing! I've got to tell someone about this." He proceeds to sing a song about the jelly burger, gathering everyone in the restaurant to get closer and watch him perform. Noticing his opportunity, he orders Tom C.H. Ocolate to remote detonate the explosive underwear that Fred Legh was wearing underneath his pants. The resulting explosion killing 9 people and injured 36 people.
