After trying this game years ago (and playing the first) and being disappointed (moreso bored with the gameplay loop and uninspired aesthetic), I figured I would try it again since they were parading it around as having a brand new "2.5 version" which only seemingly added some modifiers and a new difficulty option when starting a new game, which I was barely able to experience since I spend several hours of my 7 hour playtime unable to play the game since Steam was having a server issue which meant Lords of the Fallen wouldn't recognize that I purchased the "full version" of the game, since their form of always-online DRM is limiting you to the "friend pass" version of the game (essentially limiting you to the character creator and tutorial while also locking you out of your previous saves)
