Early Access Review
I've played this game when it was released as a demo. Now being released as an Early Access product, currently I wouldn't recommend the state to the majority. I personally enjoy the game a lot but I'm still disappointed. If your coming from the demo the positives are:

- New location which adds a variation to your runs.
- New enemies for the new location.
- Just over half a dozen legendary/mythic specific items added.

Now the semi-bad/just bad parts of the current state:
- As all the reviews have been saying, issues with co-op desyncing heavily.
- The co-op search function is just awful. You have to refresh the list of servers and the country filter doesn't work. Doesn't show you all the servers open in one list. Expect search times between 1 minute to 10 minutes refreshing. Sometimes a reset help.
- Lack of variation. The developers have said they were currently working on fine-tuning the game which is all well and good now they're in early access but there still seems to be more work ahead of them before any content comes.
- Although they have balanced items and stats, I honestly haven't been using different items, certain builds work better. The go to seems to be AP or attack speed.
- Developers are only on Discord, I saw a lot of people complaining in discussions about this too.
- Duplicating item bug after finishing a run.

I'm just here to fish ngl. 10/10

But honestly this is my new Slay the Spire. It came to me at the best time since I fractured my hand and I can perfectly play this with my left hand.

- Mixing elements gives me a Magic the Gathering vibe.
- The main gimmick being the One Die just feels good to use whether it be saving your own life or lowering the enemy. You can use it on anything with a number though.
- The fishing mini-game goes hard.

Welp, time to head on up to Ascension 20 again...

For the price you get a solid action rogue-like with 3 playable characters, 3 different types of damage (holy, physical, fire) an impressive list of relics that are upgrade-able, level up choices and long-term game upgrades. There's variety in bosses which makes every run not feel the same; you can increase affinity with characters to get bonuses. Overall very enjoyable, though admittedly very easy. You don't even need the long term upgrades to finish a run.

My run-times were about 35 minutes?

I would give it a 7/10.

Playing with friends is a blast.
The bosses attack pattern is soo much fun. I feel so alive trying to dodge patterns and using I-Frames. My group is playing on the hardest difficulty and honestly its just a fever dream.
Loot is shared which removes the feeling of missing out even if you die which is great.
The environment is aesthetically pleasing to look around.
Lil secrets are always great to find and can be found in plain sight if your curious.
I WANT to play this game.

The game is fun if you enjoyed watching Storage Wars, selling items and making a profit.
You bid for a room filled with items.
You identify items.
You repair items so they sell for more.
You hope to (and always from my experience) break even or make a profit.
You get new vehicles, apartments and upgrade your tools to identify rarer items and repair items to a higher degree.
You then play tetris with your vehicle and the items you've gotten from the room.

When playing, your sessions will be addicting and personally for me I like time management & efficiency, trying to win as many bids, identify & sell items within a day.
Chests get stacked at the lock open shop (or whatever its called) for a day where I drive to it and open 6 at a time.
Manage your own pawn shop, put your own price tag on items and sell for more.

I'd give it a 6/10. Fun game loop but very grindy. The variety of items make it enjoyable. There's also the bug where your pawn shop doesn't sell items if you cross the bridge to the other town.

Game obviously takes its base from Lethal Company but with amped up visuals and progression. I like that there's more ways to reach your quota through digging, mining and harvesting. The areas, I don't get too lost in (LC personally I got lost and didn't know where I was at all).

Being able to stay overnight gives a great sense of greed and thrill which I find delightful. I'll be throwing random thoughts and ideas into their discord because I truly enjoy the game. Very immersed.

I was looking at this game from the Steam Store and it said "Roguelike" & "Bullet Hell" which are two of my favourite things. The Art Style like Final Fantasy AND, you can play with friends. The cutesy art I'm fine with but little sister loves it. I get it for her and me. Result?

A fun action roguelike, with beautiful background music, lots of flashy visuals and cute bunny girls! Choose a class, grab your friends and send it down into visual, light neon hell! In your travels you will find loot that pops open with ASMR SFXs and you get to pick 1 from 4. If your friend wants the same loot, it goes to the roll of the DICE... Better luck next time. Remember to look at the BIG prompts telling you to SEPARATE or GO IN THE CIRCLE.

You do not get a sense of hitting when you use an ability so press THEM BUTTONS. Ensure you know which ones make you invulnerable otherwise you will lose life. Was this a review?

This game is insanely good, it feels likes Skul: The Hero but with Blazblue and Cyberpunk. There are a lot of characters with different play-styles and the upgrades and combos HMMMM. BUT - I have a bug where my character will decide to run to the left for a period of time (or eternally) and I can't enjoy the game with that bug. PLEASE. I can't kill the boss if my character is in the left aimlessly running, BUT THE GAME IS SO GOOD.

So apparently my bug cannot be replicated. My character just moves to the left constantly which could happen at any time. Doesn't matter what room or it will start half way into a room. I die and become the little droid and its still moving to the left. Only way to 'fix' is to restart.

I've just finished my full challenge run in 13 hours (6x modifiers) and I'd like to give this game a thumbs up for spinning together a cute turn-based roguelike rpg with zombies. I found the game overall quite easy to grasp and understand the synergies between the characters, and enjoyed the lore and interactions between the characters.

Runs take over an hour (my first run I think taking over 2 hours) and the only differences between runs is your party of survivors and their upgraded abilities which create different synergies between the characters, and the relics you obtain along the way. Then of course the finale when you decide who gets to leave and who gets left behind (if you don't obtain enough resources).

My overall things that I'd like to see improved or added would be:
- Speed option/no animation to actions to speed up runs.
- Clarity knowing what enemies are doing what attack on an ally if they have multiple attacks (I more or less understood after a while)
- More enemy diversity (there are very few).
- More incentive for elite encounters (I never found myself really needing to do elite encounters unless I wanted the extra challenge).
- Stats to be slightly more game changing? (An extra point in speed increases your actions by 1, and continuous upgrades to a stat takes more points) (I also found myself only investing in strength and speed, putting extra points into health and shield).

Looking forward to what else the devs will be cooking up for this game! I'd give it a 6-7/10.

With Craftopia you had me loving the game. With Palworld I now I have a ridiculous addiction to this world. It's got everything I want in a game.

- It's Pokemon in the sense of capturing and levelling up creatures.
- It's Ark in the sense that there are "Pals" roaming the world and you can capture, kill, enslave/befriend them.
- Survival aspect, simplicity in the need for food and keeping warming.
- A large map to explore.
- Dungeons.
- Grind.
- Breeding.

Give me more. If it was like Terraria where you could have your character and join different worlds and challenge other players to fights; something along those lines would be great.
