Review: A broken "Light Switch"

The Reality of DSX v3:

XInput Emulation Lag: The app introduces a "mushy" feel and noticeable input lag when emulating an Xbox 360 controller and it's vibration.

Useless for Overclocking: There is no built-in overclocking tool. You still have to use HIDUSBF manually. Even after a hardware overclock, the DSX interface is stuck at a fake 250Hz reading, showing how poorly the app communicates with the hardware.

Game Conflicts & Crashes: The app interferes with games that have built-in DualSense support even with Native Mode on. It caused Jedi Survivor to crash for the first time ever on my PC. Other games will likely suffer the same fate or experience conflicts because DSX refuses to truly "let go" of the controller.

Fails to Fix Double Input: The app is completely useless for fixing double-input issues, even with HidHide active. For example, in KCD2 over cable, it fails to hide the physical controller properly, leading to polling conflicts. If it can’t even handle basic device cloaking, there is zero reason to pay for it.

The "Haptic DLC" is a Scam: Some modern games like Hades 2 and KCD2 for example already have native haptic feedback that works perfectly over Bluetooth. Selling a "paid bridge" for a feature that is already free and natively supported is a straight-up scam. For every other game it just doesn't work properly - it skips haptics and introduce delay once again as in Xinput's case.

LED Switch: The only thing this software does consistently is turning off the lightbar.

Conclusion: DSX v3 is a bloatware and a fail and it's sad, you should use Steam settings for LEDs or whatever instead or just get used to lightbar I guess. The free version isn't perfect either with weird vibration in Xinput mode. I would like to hear your suggestions what can be done to solve all of this.

I have finished the game, and yeah this game is great, cant even play in Dead Space 2 original after this. This is so good. The only thing which stays is to just play NG+ and hope maybe EA will do 2 too.

Half‑Life 2 – The Most Overrated Pile of Trash in Gaming History (2.5/10)

Let’s cut the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Half‑Life 2 is not a masterpiece. It’s not revolutionary. It’s a buggy, overrated tech demo that only managed to fool an entire generation of clueless gamers.

The so‑called “amazing physics”? Pure trash. The gravity gun is a gimmick that breaks immersion more often than it enhances it. Grab a turret, and it vibrates like it’s possessed. Throw a barrel, and it behaves like it’s made of styrofoam. The physics are not realistic or fun — they’re broken.

The gameplay is worse. Long, boring vehicle sections that feel like a punishment. Endless corridors of copy‑paste combat with braindead enemies. The game tries to act like it’s “cinematic,” but it’s just Serious Sam with wannabe movie vibes. You’re not in a “living, breathing world.” You’re stuck in a glorified hallway shooter with occasional NPC monologues.

The Episodes somehow manage to be even more pathetic. Valve didn’t even bother adding new weapons or mechanics. It’s literally more of the same bland garbage stretched thin for maximum hype.

And let’s talk visuals. Even in 2004 this looked dated. Far Cry and Doom 3 blew it out of the water. Today it’s laughably ugly.

Compare this disaster to Half‑Life 1. The first game was three leagues above this trash — tight pacing, iconic design, and still enjoyable in 2025 (except Xen). Half‑Life 2? It was DOA. A hyped‑up sequel that delivered nothing except endless circle‑jerking from Valve’s fanboys.

Half‑Life 2 is a fossil. A reminder of how low gaming standards used to be. It’s time to admit the truth: this isn’t a masterpiece. It’s trash.

Great game except retarded "mOdDinG cOmMunItY". Those are rats who only ruin this great game! Bought on steam to play with "MODS" but this is better to be avoid. Annoying experience. Again - game good, mods - no pls god no. They have their own so called "aLtErNatIvE MoD lAuNcHeR" - that is piece of ♥♥♥♥. For some reason they don't use native mod launcher probably because of backward cognitive development, and i'm sure they have no idea how to properly mod games. Those neanderthals like UFO ALIENS and because of that they wishfully think of themselves as DEVS. Yeah i bet you're!!! Just don't touch ppls games, they're fine!!!! Seek medical help!!!!!! Go to school once again from the first grade!!!!!! But Pls don't mod stuff i beg you, you're not a developer, you're nobody dont touch this f-ing game FFS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Obviously it's because the first game is old , release date of which is around 90s. All mechanics are old , and can't stand any competition with more modern games where you can shoot from hip and iron sight, sprint, walk etc. Map design is old and rubbish at these days, moving around them is cluncky, graphics are horrible 2004 level of quality, etc etc you name it. Cs Go exists only thankfully to Cs 1.6 former glory you know. So why it's so popular? I think it's because people have bad taste for games and/or have weak old computers , then add to this counter strikes' highly competitive nature which adds ability of this game giving an opportunity to players to demonstrate some achievements that they can't have somewhere else in life and here you go…

I agree that this game is horrible , i play it really occasionally because of nostalgia for old cs and older times (cs go looks like remastered 1.6 or source to me)
