Do NOT and i mean do NOT expect this lady to correct her errors on the financial statements. She doesn't know that a correction to an estimate is actually a prospective correction meaning that you just do the correction going forward in your financial statements. I asked her how she would correct an error when changing from a non-GAAP principle to a GAAP principle and she said a restatement of the financial statements is in order. COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY DUMBFOUNDED i told her that its actually a retrospective correction and restatements are only for accounting errors. Absolutely insane!

This lady doesn't know about warrants and how warrants have two parts to them. They have the first part which is a bond and is recorded as a liability and a stock option that can be converted into common stock. What's crazy is she doesn't even know what the par value of a bond means??? Like huh?? If i say the bond is $1000 and sold for 101 she doesn't know what that means. So freaking crazy dude. She doesnt even know that when a bond is sold and its effective value is higher than the stated value that its discounted and when its effective value is less than the stated value its premium??? Like COME ON.
