A love letter to ‘90s beat ‘em up games!

This game not only faithfully ports the 1989 Buccaneers arcade game, but it also adds a “re-imagined” mode on it more akin of the 90s beat ‘em up games from Konami.

The gameplay is fast, fluid, and packed with personality. Each of the four characters has a unique move set and flashy special attacks, keeping the action fresh from start to finish.

And the music? Absolutely killer. Some tracks hit that same high-energy vibe as all-time greats like TMNT: Turtles in Time, perfectly capturing the era it celebrates.

Overall an amazing game from a dev who specializes in blasts from the past.

This game is a dream come true.
As someone who grew up with Jet Set Radio and Jet Set Radio Future, this game not only delivers on that but evolves the concept more. Most people would've been happy with a skin to JSRF, but Team Reptile went above and beyond with amazing gameplay, a nice story and overall the best JSR game ever.

I fell in love with this game the moment I saw it, not only does it look like a true N64 game, it feels like one too.

What captivated me the most was the level design, everything felt purposeful, platforming is very weighty and rewarding, secrets feel like actual secrets.

My only complain is that it's short (around 4 hours if you don't go for all achievements).

Game runs like garbage and they haven't tried to make it run better in the past 5 years.
PC playerbase is dead, getting into a game can be a +10 minute ordeal.
Skill based matchmaking is non-existent, which makes this the most new player unfriendly MOBA since you can get paired with smurfs or people from higher ELO.

Just play a better MOBA.

I watched my friend die in front of my eyes and the impostor got everyone to vote me out of the ship.

I love both Fallout 1 and 2, and the second one is probably the best one out of the two just because the amount of content, specially if you use killap's restoration project (highly recommended since it adds cut content and fixes several bugs).

Despite that, Fallout 2 has probably one of the most unforgiving starts to any RPG, so I recommend checking a character creation guide for new players, but a small tip for those who don't want to commit to a full guide: don't have less than 8 Agility, action points are everything in battle.

This is by far one of my favorite computer RPGs, and I recommend everyone who loves Fallout 3, New Vegas or 4 to give these a try. You will need to readjust, but it is worth it in the long run (I know since I started with Fallout 3)

Probably the most important video game ever, and it still holds up today.

As someone who wanted to beat the first two games without alterations, I still recommend downloading GZDoom so you can adjust the controls and most importantly the resolution, since that's the only thing that didn't age well about the game. Just a heads up if you want to use GZDoom to play regular Doom: Disable jump, crouch and free look since those weren't available back in the day and they make most maps a breeze. Also, go into compatibility and select "Doom (strict)"

PLEASE REMEMBER: Don't try playing this game right out of the bat, you will have a bad time, specially with the resolution. Go and download the quakespasm mod that makes this game look crisp and good for today's standards.

Also, remember this game doesn't come with the soundtrack since back then the soundtrack was on the CD and it didn't install with the game, so it will be silent unless you go out of your way to download the music files (it's a 180mb download)

And yes, the game is awesome.

The game has a lot of mechanics that makes it unique to other CCGs, and has that wonder when playing something new, wondering which play style suits you, or what strategies are worth using. I really really wished they didn't go with a heavy toned Hearthstone feel, because people will simply call this a "rip-off" without giving it a fair chance, even though it is completely different. Really love the game, but I'm sure a lot of people won't even give it a try because of that.

Simple, funny and a throwback to classic RPGs. Recommended for anyone looking to play something different.
