It's crack

Yeah

This game could be 100% sidescroller on rails like Battletoads and be almost no different. In fact it would probably be better and less tedious. As far as the "ending", imagine playing a Mario game and 2/3 in you have to go all the way back to the beginning and play as Luigi and beat all the levels you already beat if you want to see the rest of the game. Although it can hardly even be said that there is a rest of the game: You fight the same childish brown robots, and in the same 5 bland environments. There is nothing new to do or see, except seeing the story play out, which only confirms the utter ennui and fruitlessness you have been feeling while killing never ending masses of childish brown robots with no motivation except the stubborn disbelief that people could claim this game is amazing and that there must be some sublime depth you have to keep playing to uncover. There is not.

But hey, you are a sexy anime girl wearing a pretty dress which sometimes pruriently reveals her pantsu. 10/10 GOTY

When trying to resume my game toward the end it hangs at 95% and so I can't go any further. Cool!

If you have played GTA style games you know what to expect. If you've dealt with any recent console port you know what to expect. If you've done both of those and are "disappointed" you are an imbecile.

This game is fun and looks good. If you like this kind of game then buy it, maybe wait for a sale though. It doesn't break any new ground but so what?
