Silksong is a captivating masterpiece that builds upon the legacy of its predecessor while crafting a distinct identity of its own.

One of the standout elements of Silksong is its music. Composed by the talented Christopher Larkin, the soundtrack is nothing short of breathtaking. The score beautifully complements the game's world, shifting seamlessly between hauntingly melancholic melodies and energetic, pulse-pounding rhythms.

Visually, Silksong is nothing short of a feast for the eyes. The hand-drawn art style, which made the first Hollow Knight a visual gem, is taken to new heights here. The environments are rich in detail, each location brimming with its own unique charm, whether it’s the lush, verdant forests or the more mysterious, darker places.

Then, there’s Hornet. As the main character, she’s not just a compelling protagonist because of her backstory or abilities. Her design is elegant, with flowing movements that make combat feel both tactical and poetic.

It's exactly as it looks from the pictures and videos and I would recommend this game to anyone who is interested in building, survival or 2D games.
