Biggest ♥♥♥♥, crashed 4 times until i could normal launch this game and then the npc`s won`t talk to me.. even for 0,99€ too much.

Greetings Adventurers,

Please, try to verify your game files on the properties of the games in your Steam Library. This will check all your files and it will download the ones which are corrupted.

Also about the NPCs: You may need certain knowledge or meet certain NPCs in order to meet other NPCs.
