Thx again for the suggestions Ive been getting. I finally fixed the game after a few game utilities. The update to NMM was part of the problem. I use 3 utilities and NMM is the last one. The combined use of Wrye and BOSS pounding NMM fixed the issues. Wrye has a lot of awesomeness to it as a utility.

Good work Amy ;D

" I don't care what the rules say"
I can see that. Let's hope you will never have to use that excuse in front of a judge.

"I say a mod is a mod, no matter what it contains or where it came from. As long no one is making a profit from it, I see no issue."
And that's exactly the reason we now are having this argument. As long as something isn't an issue to YOU it isn't a problem. Unfortunately there are others who do, which you might have noticed by now. The argument you are using is usually the same pirates use: "I'm not going to buy it anyway, so its not like the company is losing profit, right?"
2 Jul, 2012 @ 3:31am
"Again, what I have said on THIS PAGE, has not the single word of "harassment" in it, the others yes. But I'm not talking about those."
-*facepalm* That's like having an argument in RL, where the other person says "wait, you can't hold me to that, we were in a different room back when I said that".
2 Jul, 2012 @ 3:28am
_wolf_ "and no, I'm not "confessing" anything, ill-regardless of it being on steam. Its not a valve game meaning its under the "common" folder, I don't need to be logged in to steam to run the game"
No, but last time I checked you can't upload on the workshop even with a new account, unless you buy a new skyrim copy for that account to.
1 Jul, 2012 @ 9:29pm
Again, what I have said on THIS PAGE, has not the single word of "harassment" in it, the others yes. But I'm not talking about those. And yes, i do blame you. If you didn't do what you did, your page would still be up and mine too, nor would i be banned, so yes. The punishment came because of you. You or someone you know, reported my post and mods. The mods being removed doesnt hurt much as I can just reupload anyways and the steam community doesnt bother me either as I can also just...well login to another account to use it. But I rarely use these functions so the Ban is a mood point. I don't care what the rules say, I say a mod is a mod, no matter what it contains or where it came from. As long no one is making a profit from it, I see no issue.
1 Jul, 2012 @ 9:28pm
And no, I'm not "confessing" anything, ill-regardless of it being on steam. Its not a valve game meaning its under the "common" folder, I don't need to be logged in to steam to run the game, but you seem to be confused as to what I was talking about. I am only BANNED from posting on steam community pages like this ONLY, that is all. That means, someone or you reported my first post way at the bottom here and I was banned for that. Lets try not to make things seem that they are not.
1 Jul, 2012 @ 7:44pm
" but good thing is I have several other accounts and account making is free, so I can just keep on doing what I do.", yes a new account is free, but a steam registered copy of skyrim with the CK is not. Except if we are talking about a pirated version that I don't know about... you trying to confess something else now?
1 Jul, 2012 @ 7:38pm
Though I will admit, how that question could be considered harrasment is beyond me... at least compared to someone who now starts blaming me for his punishment of his own actions. I actually warned you to rmove it before steam did. There where others who removed them after a short discussion with me where I explained the rules (and thus they were never even noted by the time the staff got there), you chose not to.
1 Jul, 2012 @ 7:21pm
_wolf_, apparently you have a bad memory, because that's exactly what you stated on your ported vindictus armor page after I asked you the qustion "hi, could you please link me the source to this statement that the vindictus resources are supposed to be considered free to use for porting". And even if you somehow forgot it, what DID you put in the report box then? I sure didn't have any mods uploaded.

...or maybe everything you said was a lie from the start, and thus you don't even know the existance of the report box you need to fill in before sending a report?
1 Jul, 2012 @ 7:09pm
I never said it was for harassment. And I do understand piracy, when it comes to FREE MODS, i just dont care, a clear difference.
1 Jul, 2012 @ 7:06pm
_wolf_, I have already explained that they didn't ban me of harrasment. Here is a screenshot if you dont believe me. And even if you do believe that it should have been banned, even you have to agree that the stated "ban reason" seems a bit odd, especially considering that I never had any mods uploaded on the workshop at all: [IMG]] http://i296.photobucket.com/albums/mm200/amycus89/steam.jpg [/img]

And if you seriously use the argument "I just gave mirror to mods that already exist", you obviously don't know the definition of Piracy at all. Uploading copyrighted content is illegal no matter who did the porting itself.
1 Jul, 2012 @ 5:10pm
@Amycus
It was removed because I reported it and a few others that I told to as well. Thanks to you, I now have had the mods removed from workshop and my steam community privileged suspended for 13weeks, that just means I can make a post or comment in the community nothing bad really, but good thing is I have several other accounts and account making is free, so I can just keep on doing what I do.

1 Jul, 2012 @ 5:10pm
@wolf - yes, you are right. I'm a really, really bad person for actually caring about the rules unlike certain others.

What you did, making a public profile/community to hunt down ppl like some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bounty hunter then slandering your community page with "balh blah blah this and that about this person", yea you are bad for that. Your intention as mine are, are good. How you executed your's was very poor and bad. You could have just made a steam community page and made it private or invite only and coordinated that way to hunt mods down and do the reports that way. Just what you did. I just gave a mirror to mods that already existed and gave credit for those that imported and made the meshes/textures(the studios), that is it. Nothing more, nothing less.
1 Jul, 2012 @ 11:31am
no, thats most likely not the case.
it was most likely gstaff on his vacation just thumbed through what arthmoor messaged him and just hid them all instead of looking at the description of the page.
1 Jul, 2012 @ 9:53am
Oh, I see... wait... just want to clarify, but may it be possible that it was taken down because, well, there's a rule that people may demand that a mod would be added to the collection only if they allow? just clarifying, because that answer may be understood in this way too.
1 Jul, 2012 @ 9:10am
@wolf - yes, you are right. I'm a really, really bad person for actually caring about the rules unlike certain others.

@Tieno - the list was taken down with the following sentance: "ban reason: uploading mod without modders consent". Somehow I suspect that they didn't read past the title and assumed that I was PROMOTING the stolen mods. I have sent a message and asked them clarify this though, but havnt received an answer yet. It was a pretty lengthy message though, so it might take a few days. PlayerTw0 has started a new list for the moment though.
1 Jul, 2012 @ 8:50am
Oh, hey, wanted to contact you earlier but forgot your username and couldn't find you anyway else... so, erm, did you clarify why your collection got taken down? Are you planing to make a new one or is there no necessearity in one anymore?
1 Jul, 2012 @ 8:09am
its the start of a call to arms to show valve and bethesda that we care about the workshops future and on that note havent seen you on for a bit nikkitas stolen mod got taken off steam.
30 Jun, 2012 @ 7:59pm
Glad to see it removed, it was nothing but a wasted crusade to ruin good things.
29 Jun, 2012 @ 2:17pm
Did you remove the list yourself? What happened to it?
