If ever a game went from initially disappointing to unbelievably great, it is this one... A true underdog story. I hope they add in some way to help support the devs because I want to thank them for all this insane free content over this near decade since release.

Every time they release new content i think, this is it...even if they stop now they really did an insanely good job fixing their past mistakes and making this game incredible. Yet, a few months pass and another massive update comes out. I'm floored and have been for years.

Solid 10 / 10 game.

Amazing game, a perfect mix of wonder and stress as you explore beautiful and dangerous environments. The helplessness you feel in a grand scale of the world is a sight to behold. If you like survival exploration this is a must play game.

It's aight, I played it a little.

I like the combat a bit despite how corny it starts out. I guess I'm a bit more picky however because the minute I heard the terrible english voice over actor boringly read his lines out I immediately went to disable the voice in options only to find out you cannot. You must pick between chinese or english but not "off".

It's been a long time since I've heard such bad voice acting on par with resident evil 1. "Oh look ... an enemy blocks your way... you must....destroy him....(sadface)". If there is some way to delete or disable the voice files and play with no voice acting at all I may change my review.

At least I got a steam link out of it for a dollar.

Amazingly addictive game, can't say much about it since it has a multitude of lore and despite being older still has multiplayer interactions consistantly even in high soul memory levels.

I got my monies worth and this game got me pumped for DS3. On a side note this is coming from a person who played about 1 hour of DS1, I'm judgeing this game completely based off its own merits not playing a comparison game.

End Result: As a standalone game sequal aside it's an amazingly good game, highly optimized and ran smoothly on my potato computer.

Played randomly through its early release phase and then played after release. It's a fun game the soundtrack is fairly nice and honestly I was a bit shocked to see people saying its a buggy mess perhaps I played right after major bug fixes were put in because my only problem is random hitching (2-3 second freeze which im guessing is a worldsave or trash collection that isn't optimized due to unity being a bit bad at stock).

The game has changed a lot since i played it when it first came out, it's a bit more non linear then some games and doesn't seem to have a clearcut path but that isn't a dealbreaker for me. All in all the enemies are diverse and I've gotten about 10 tiers out of 15 into some of the research in a fairly short stint of time. I would say it still meets my 1$ per hour level of entertainment quota making this game a suggested game in my opinion.

Can't really come up with a pros/cons list at the time because I feel theres not a ton of super strong points to be made. I'm a terraria fanatic and also loved starbound but I can't feel the need to compare them aside from saying "I enjoyed this one too".

This is one of the best games I've played for years and if you remotely love tower defense games you will LOVE this game. This game costs a meager 15$ yet, you will get 50$ worth of enjoyment from the incredible game design and high replayability. The possible upcoming DLCs and custom designed content from the upcoming modding kit will make this game enjoyable for months or even years.

The trendy entertainment team is highly responsive to community feedback and patches this game quickly to make for a very stable game! I look forward to seeing more content as well as possible sequals in the years to come.

Very fun game, worth the money. If you like games like these you'll get hundreds of hours of entertainment from it.
