We're back. We're very much back. It's got a weird fast FPS feeling with this horrendously fast TTK but it has that Battlefield feeling. And that feeling is overwhelmingly present.

Let's speak in Battlefield terms actually.

Gunplay has a mix of Battlefield 3, 4 and 5. Drop that mf before he drops you and move in with your life typa gameplay. ARs, SMGs, Carbines and LMGs feel very decent overall but beware of the bloom/spread as of when this review is being written.
And at range, just tap fire dawg, this ♥♥♥♥ easy.
Snipers are OP. SV-98 shoulda been nerfed rather than the other two.
If you play shotgun you have a special place in hell. I'm not open for discussion on this topic.

Movement is SLOW. Slowest Battlefield in terms of running speed. Don't listen to the dads and their bods crying about how fast it is, anyone can die to anyone.

Maps... Better maps than the last 2 opus... Last opus? Was there one between V and this one? Anyways, better than V's. Most of them are enjoyable. Could obviously be better but they're very playable. We're already ranking quite high in Battlefield standards.

Overall it's quite solid. 7.5/10 on release. Very good for a Battlefield game considering how catastrophic their launches usually are. The fact that this is the standard for triple A FPS games is baffling but we've been starved of such a feeling for years so I don't think we should complain too much. Is it worth 70 bucks? Rah. The fact that 1 GB = $1 is trifling but if you've got the means AND the computer for it, go for it.

Do not expect crazy frames if you're still running on 3k series GPUs. This game requires a NASA ahh rig to reach 150 FPS already. 240 is reserved to streamers and elite gamers (or Saudi princes).
I'm reaching 120 FPS max on certain maps with a 5600x and a 3070Ti. My overall average is prolly 95/100 FPS with 1% lows at 70.

I'm done yapping. If you get the game, hope I'll see you on the battlefield soldier. If not, it's very understandable. BF4 still has very skilled players on there and it runs easier while being infinitely cheaper.

I literally spent 90 hours in 2 weeks on this game when I first started seriously playing it. So much stuff to do, massive grind, normal PvE gets boring at some point but the Dark Zone never loses of its charm and is literally the sole reason this game exists at this point. The Dark Zone (DZ) is at this point an Among Us shooter. You go in, mask on, geared like Rambo and you fck people up or you get fcked. You can easily find people to either hang out with or kill once you know the map a little bit.

One thing which made me fall in love with this game, SO MUCH FREEDOM. You walk around the streets, you fight some NPC idiots, you chill for a bit, then new enemies. There's so much stuff to do.
Personally the most satisfying thing which happens is when I arrive into a gang war, some NPC idiots against some other NPC idiots and enjoy the view, chill, shoot at the low hp ones to get the kill exp, and resume the chilling.

Sets are a hassle to learn at first but there aren't too many, I've basically memorized them all at this point and I've got all the 4 pieces sets obtained. Meta weapons basically consist of assault rifles and SMGs. My personal preference is to have a sniper rifle, very good against tanky af elites and bosses.
Check out guides or w/e you can find about weak points if you're new, they do help tremendously and can turn the tide of a firefight in PvE.

Anyway, this game is better than The Division 2, and I don't see myself getting massively bored of it to the point of uninstalling it anytime soon.

Is it worth 20 bucks ? Hard to say. Less ? Instabuy.

Game is in the forgotten realm by now but it be like that sometimes.
Massive scale battles on maps which can size up to 81 km² (it's huge, trust me). You can play for the campaign just like you can play for the skirmishes. I'm an avid FPS player but this game has fcked with me since 2011. Not an easy game for sure but once you know what to do, you're in for a very, VERY good time. Plenty of possibilities, 4 factions to choose from, with unique units to each.
Man, the naval battles on this game are worth every penny, the air battles are as epic as they come, the ground battles are a glimpse of what WW3 would look like with all these robots and vehicles, and the experimentals make you wish to have one of them as a toy. Artillery and nukes are solid.
Sound effects are mostly on point considering how old this game is, I don't really grow tired of them.
A con for me, a skirmish and very casual player, the difference between Normal AI and Adaptive AI is kind of huge ?

Right, almost forgot, there are mods for this beauty, BlackOps Unleashed, Total Mayhem are 2 of my favs, they've been regrouped into one mod downloadable through the internet called LOUD, check it out it enhances the game experience like crazy. Also if you're looking to be a little more competitive and play PvP, FAForever (Forged Alliance Forever) is a platform which helps a lot with Matchmaking.

Evet. Honestly, fun as ♥♥♥♥, easy to learn hard to master, insane co-op game.

I might have installed this game solely for the purpose of downloading that Allahu Akbar sound mod in the workshop, putting "snd_restart" in the console and laughing my arse off every single time a firefight happens.

If you ever dreamed of having animated porn wallpapers, this is for you.

Aight, been one of my all-time favs. It died back in 2014 with the PS4 update, but Hardsuit Labs did a magnificient job bringing this game again with the February update. Game is P2W in a sense, but once you fully upgrade ONE stock weapon (SMG, Assault Rifle or Bolt Action Rifle) you can wreck house. You should give it a try.

Alright, that game is cancer. Legit. But it's such a fun game too you just end up not giving a f*** about it. You'll need a lot, and when I say a lot it's A LOT of time to get used to the game without any previous Battle Royales experiences before you get what's going on in this one. It's not optimized by the time I'm writing this review but the 1.0 Patch is about to drop in 8 hours and it's going to get a lot of good things for potato computers. Anyway the gameplay is cool. Servers are ♥♥♥♥. Game's overall good but cancerous af. Games can go from 2 seconds to 20 minutes or more. You'll be scared for sure but once you get used to it you'll just start wrecking house. Overall I do think it's a good game and you should get it cuz it's fun.

This game is bloody ridiculous.
