Don't know why this game is advertised as a fighting game.
90% of my time is spent making dumb characters who i'll maybe use once in a battle before moving onto another character.

Hoping they somehow bring back Heihachi or another fist-based fighter just to really expand character options.

Gunplay feels extremely poor, enemies don't seem to react at all to being shot and enemies just sort of fall to the floor like there legs gave out when they die.
AI is pretty crazy too, they'll be shooting at you before you've even turned around the corner, and don't even try hiding behind doors or thin lines of cover because they'll shoot right through.

My favourite part though: Not only did I manage to somehow die by dropping a basketball on my characters head, but I also glitched my way underneath an elevator that was about 10 minutes into the game and ended up in a future part of the game.

It is pretty cheap, so you might get a good laugh out of it, but I wouldn't recommend.

After all thats happened, this game has really become something great. It's the kind of game that you'll say "I'll just play for a bit," but you'll end up wasting a couple of hours as you explore each unique planet, finding wonderful views and strange creatures, occasionally fighting space pirates in arcadey space combat.
Alot of peopled have been facing a few bugs thanks to the new update, but I hear this tends to happen with the larger patches so they'll likely be fixed soon. I also personally feel £39.99 is a pretty tall asking price.
I highly recommend giving the game a try. It might not be for everyone, as you'll spend most of the time wondering planets rather than fighting aliens, but its still a ton of fun.

TL;DR: My save corrupted with no reason behind it, and the game is a general buggy mess. Purchase at your own cost!

I really want to like this game, but in my 5 hours of play its become apparent that I don't want to continue this game.
I downloaded it last night, spent an hour or so creating a wrestler, did a match, and then went to sleep.
I wake up, all ready to get into the career mode... and then learnt about how buggy the game is. I found the for some reason, every time I launch the game the ring appears completly pitch black, making it difficult to fight since the ropes are also black. There is a fix, but you have to do it every time you launch.
So I figured I could live with it, and kept going. I finished the tutorial, took a break, reopened the game.... and my save file suddenly corrupted for no concievable reason! I have had saves corrupt before, and they can be pretty depressing, but having read how common these corruptions are, I really don't want to have to face any more!

Buy this game if you want a WWE game on PC, but any game that corrupts the save that quickly is a big no for me!

The ultimate test of deduction, forgery, and patience. Placed in a town of 7-15 people, you must either try to kill everyone on the oposing 'groups' while lieing about your role, or try your hardest to get the rest of the town to belive you while trying to hang the killers of the town.
Will you feel the joy of making it to the end unharmed? Will you feel satisfaction knowing that, despite your death, you were able to pull enough evidence to get the killer hanged? Or wil you just get pissed when the town fails to listen to your clues, and hangs you instead.
Basically, its a fun game, but it can be a little frustrating when town members fail to work together. Its a simple concept, but it can be difficult to learn. If you end up playing it, I suggest reading some guides first.

Also, I would recommed trying the free version first which you can play in your browser. Consider the Steam version a 'donation' to the wonderful developers of the game, even though you do end up getting some in game money from it!

"SUPERHOT IS THE MOST INNOVATIVE SHOOTER I'VE PLAYED IN YEARS! "
In all seriousness, this is a really fun game, which makes you feel like a total badass with the time mechanic where things only move when you do, allowing you time to react to, say, being surrounded by a bunch of armed thugs. I also really enjoy the surreal story line (which I cant go in to without spoiling anything.)
The only downside, as many have pointed out, is that this game is incredibly short! Because of that, i'd say wait for a sale unless you really like the look of the game.

And remember...

Buy this game! Don't watch a lets play of it, you should buy it and experiance the wonder that is this game!

This is quite possibly the greatest video game I have ever played! I hate RPGs, and I'm not keen on bullet hell games, but this game manages to find a way to combine the two, and STILL make me fall in love.
The dialog is perfect! So much humor, and some twists and turns, along with some rather fun characters and locations (this game is obsessed with dogs, and its hilarious!)
The combat is also great! You have the option to attack using a timed attack system (push the button when its in the gren,) but the main method off combat is through 'acting.' You have to respond to an enemy using an appropriate response, which is followed by a clever bullethell section. I'll make up an example, if you met a skeleton who is depressed, you would have to respond with 'encorouge,' and his attack would involves bones or something.
I can't really explain it any more without spoiling anything! Buy this game! Buy it, play it, love it! Its not even that long, I beat it in around 8 hours!

My god, I am so glad this game has finally made its way onto steam! Before I played this game, I didn't care about racing sims. When my friend showed me this game however, I fell in love. It was the game that made me want to buy a race wheel.
This game is so much fun to play, the physics are great and the AI are very challenging. The thing that drew me, however, was the mods. This game has a HUUUUUGE selection of mods available, adding new cars and tracks ranging from a large number of different types. You can add movie cars, old F1 cars, dirt tracks, freaking trucks, even stupid stuff like horses and... a toilet car. Almost anything you can imagine has been modded at somepoint. I spent hours just playing just downloading mods and driving them around.
So long as you can look past the slighty outdated graphics, this is a great game to buy.

This is hard to recommend either way, since it is a game designed to be most fun with the creative mind.
If you only want to slap a few limbs together and call it a 'creature' then you might not enjoy the game as much. But if you put thought into the thing you make and find ammusment in watching your designed creature going from singular cell to a galactic empire then you'll certanily find fun in this game. The only downside is that the 3rd and 4th stages of 5 are a bit repetative, and the game is rather short, unless you count the infinite space stage, which can last hours.

Then again, some people might just enjoy making giant dildos and having them fly around in butt rockets created in a city filled with buildings shaped like cheese...
